This dining experience has been developed as part of Sensing the JQ, a research-led project reimagining the unique character of Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter through sound, scent, touch, taste and visuals.
It will include a creative multi-course tasting menu for up to 10 guests, hosted by Kaye Winwood, inspired by the JQ.
