Neighbourhood Forum Management Committee

Volunteer Opportunity to join the Neighbourhood Forum Management Committee.

About The Role

The Jewellery Quarter Neighbourhood Forum is the local, resident-led organisation that brings people together to discuss issues in the area, set priorities, and take practical action through community projects and campaigns.

Committee members support decision-making, keep activity moving, and can take on specialist roles where needed. The committee meets once a month and stays in touch more informally in between, mainly via WhatsApp.

There are two ways to get involved:

  • Advisory: contribute to discussions, share your perspective, and help shape decisions.
  • Functional: take on specific tasks and responsibilities, depending on your skills and interests.

Time Commitment

The time commitment is flexible. It can be as little as 2 to 3 hours a month if you want to stay advisory, or 2 to 3 hours a week if you take on a more active role.

How to apply

To apply email hello@jqneighbourhood.com saying you are interested in joining the management committee leaving a telephone number or best way to contact and we will be in touch.
